Cornerstone preview page content doesn't work on template I made

Cornerstone preview page content doesn’t work on a page template I made. I want to copy and reuse the format of a page, so I saved it as a page template. I added a new page and then added the new template to it. When I click the square that is in the left-most “Save” bar under “CSS” and “JSS” (I don’t know what the square is called) it switches to a screen that shows the page’s content structure. It shows content in each section (eg. an image, counter, text, and so on) so the content is there. But it won’t show up in preview mode. I changed an image in the first section then previewed the page using the other square icon in the “Save” bar, and all the content showed up then along with my edit. But the content won’t show up inside Cornerstone in the main preview.

Hi There,

Please try checking for html syntax errors on the page as that could cause the issue.

If you cant find anything please provide the specific page and a step by step so we can replicate the issue.

Also provide your login credentials in a secure note.

I have no idea where or how to check for html syntax errors and wouldn’t know an html syntax error if it bit me. I’ll send you the log in info

The issue was ConvertPlus. It currently has a bug in its modal where collapses the content. Please stay tuned for a fix.

Stay tuned is pretty vague – like, stay tuned for a couple hours? Days? Months? I’m not good just waiting without some idea of how long it might be. Please.

We apologize for this issue. We have no control over it since it came from ConvertPlus. Our developers already discussed the issue with the creators of the ConvertPlus plugin. The creators of the plugin is already doing the best they can to release a patch update which would resolve this issue anytime soon.
