Cornerstone Preview not working with member function

Hi there,

I am working on a member section and I have written a function to check if the person is logged in and if they are of a certain role.

If they aren’t they are sent via header: to another page.

HOWEVER, cornerstone does not preview these pages because the preview window cannot load… I presume that the preview page keeps on getting sent away? Is there a global variable that Cornerstone uses that I might reference?

Also I am using X because the site is in X and has customised templates already created.

Regretfully, we could not give an answer to your question because we have no idea what your function does specifically and we have no support for third party code integration. You will need to consult with a third party developer for this.

I am the developer… you know? I am writing the function.

All I am doing on the template in the child theme is to add a function to check if the user is logged in and has the role of subscriber.

As you guys write cornerstone… I thought I would ask. Oh well.

Hey Felix,

I have read that you wrote the function. I should have written “consult with another developer”.

We, the support staff, did not write Cornerstone. Though we are also developers and might be able to help with customizations, that is not our focus and it is outside the scope of our support to deal with custom code integrations or custom programming.

Apologies Christian for implying that the support staff wrote cornerstone.

I thought that if anyone could shed some light on this problem, it was the staff at Themeco.
