Hi there!
I am having issue with the cornerstone preview on this page
All other pages seem to work just fine.
Any ideas why? I can not see that I am using something on this page that is not on other pages on the site.

Hello Tomas,
Thanks for writing to us.
I tried accessing your site’s dashboard with the provided login details, but they aren’t working on my end. To troubleshoot, please clone the page and delete content sections one by one to identify any broken HTML. Also, disable all plugins temporarily to check for conflicts. Here’s our troubleshooting documentation for common issues: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues
Thanks
I tried that before contacting you but did not succeed.
Can you please try again. I have updated the credentials
Hello @tomaspernek,
I tried accessing your site dashboard, but it seems the provided user account lacks administrator permissions. Please grant administrator privileges to this account so we can properly investigate the issue on our end.
Thanks
Hello again!
You now have admin access to the site.
Best!

Hello @tomaspernek,
It seems that there is an issue with your “Section3”. I went ahead and cloned the page, and it is working fine without the “Section3”. It might be an issue with a broken HTML error. Please check the section on your end.
Hope it helps
Thanks
Hi Prakash!
Thank you for helping me out. I removed the posts in the FAQ that have links to Vimeo. This seem to have fixed the issue. Can you understand why?
I am trying to use vimeo movie file links for background videos like here
But it does not work. Maybe the problems are connected in some way? Now I have to have all movie clips stored locally in the wordpress database which is not ideal.
Best!
/Tomas
Hello Tomas,
You can use video URLs hosted in 3rd party sites like Vimeo. Just make sure that you use the absolute path and not just a Vimeo video link. For example in out Integrity demo, the video is: https://player.vimeo.com/external/118652789.hd.mp4
Check out the demo in the secure note below.
Make sure that your background video URL is would be like: https://example.com/my-video-filename.mp4. Using a Vimeo link or YouTube will NOT work and may even create an issue just like what you encounter.
Thanks.
