I would like to ask why the cornerstore preview area does not load properly.

Your site seems to be on maintenance mode so I can’t check at the moment. It might be related to your server. We can’t confirm unless we check. Just to make sure this is not a cause of a plugin, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If this is not a plugin issue, please share site URL and credentials inside a secure note so we can check further.
Thanks, I fixed it. The problem was the old version of php on the server.
