I’ve got multiple sites, and it seems to only be affecting ones that I’ve updated to the latest Pro 6.2xx version, but the preview in the cornerstone builder won’t load. I did get it to load if I change the stack, but then changing it back made it not load again. I am trying this out on a brand new install with no plugins activated and have the same issue. I’ve reinstalled the theme to no avail. I was able to get this error when switching to the icon stack (not sure if it’s related) Warning : Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/customer/www/hastingsfl.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/Elements/Renderer.php on line 167
Hi Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out.
The cause behind your issue might be the improper update of the Pro. I would suggest you deactivate and delete the Pro and reinstall it by downloading it from your Themeco Account once again, and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
- Theme Related Issue
- Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update related issue
- Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
- CSS/JS Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
