Cornerstone preview error

Hi Team!

I’m having some issues loading cornerstone. All was working fine and now I get a preview error.

You can see in the images, the site address is correct, even though it’s not matching in the preview error.

I have cleared my browser cache multiple times, in cloudflare I have purged the cache and set developer mode. I don’t have any other caching measures past that and the server is not caching.

The only plugins I have are packaged xtheme plugins, askimet and gravity forms.

Any ideas?

Quick update:
When the issue happened, I checked cloudflare and they said all systems go. Now I see:

So maybe hold off on my ticket unless you think it’s a different issue. You guys go above and beyond and i don’t want you wasting time if it’s an external issue.

I will let you know if it’s fixed and if cloudflare is back up. Might be causing issues for other people, might have nothing to do with my issue at all. I didn’t change anything DNS wise, so not sure if it’s the cause.

Sure, and I recommend checking it with your host too, that could be related to CF and your host and it has a problem resolving with DNS.

if it is perhaps a hosting issue, would if affect the whole site? It seams to only be the one page that is effected, the others open just fine.

DNS issue is not limited to a specific page. It will effect whole website. I suggest you to get in touch with hosting team and see how it goes.

Ok, process of elimination and I figured out the cause.

It’s the enviragallery tag extension thats causing the issue.

What is strange is that it was working fine and now it’s preventing cornerstone from loading.

Everything is up to date. Just strange it was working fine and then randomly stopped working.

I guess for now I can at least disable the tag plugin and fix up the page and then activate it again when i’m done as the page it’s self from the front end works fine
