I’m having trouble loading a live preview in Cornerstone while working on a website for a client. Getting various error messages, with the most recent being:
“The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.”
Client has lots of plugins installed and I’m assuming one or two of them is causing the issue. Thanks,

Solved – deactivated two plugins: W3 Total Cache and Autoptimize – hopefully this helps anyone who encounters the same problem.
Hi there,
The problem you are experiencing is because the Autoptimze plugin minifies all the CSS and Javascript assets. You need to add a rule to the plugin to avoid doing the minification for the Cornerstone assets as they are already minified upon loading.
Read the documentation of the Automtimze plugin on how to exclude a plugin from the minification process.
You need to consider the same thing for the W3 Total Cache plugin.
