Hello,

I am battling to fix this error, despite looking through the documentation:

“The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.”

Plugins have been disabled, no caching from a CDN, permalinks have been updated.

Thanks for writing in!

I checked the page and in Dev tools I see 500 error message for home page. I tried to deactivate plugins except for Cornerstone but that’s not helping. I then thought to create a new page and save the home page layout as template and plan was to import the saved template to newly created page to see if there’s any issues.

However, the issue is on new pages is that in dev tools I see following error message. Please see secure note.

I suggest you to try the solution shared in following thread. Also please share the FTP login details in secure note for us to take a closer look.

This issue could be host restriction related which triggers the error. May we have the permission to switch the theme to Twenty Nineteen and disable the plugins to test for any conflicts? If that is not possible, would you mind creating another copy of your site on different host environment just for comparison, it will be your staging.
