Cornerstone: Preview could not load in Cornerstone and footer doesn't appear

After uploading to WP to the latest version.

My cornerstone it appears the following error:

“The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.”

I’ve tried:

deactivating all plugins
increasing site memory to 512M
clearing the cache 
contacting my hosting service

Then, the footer doesn’t appear in the web,

Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and the HTML markup looks broken on some pages. Please try re-installing both X and Cornerstone and see if this resolves the issue. Furthermore if you have child theme active then switch to parent theme, there might be customization which is breaking the site.
