Cornerstone Plugin Problem

I can’t edit with Cornerstone. When I try to open a page, the symbol just spins. I have previously updated the plugin as well as the theme.

If the issue only exists on this specific page, it might be because incorrect HTML syntax. Please make sure that if you are adding html tags <p></p>, make sure it is always partners.

I don’t see errors on the console that might cause this. If this is not html issue, can you try basic troubleshooting first? You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If not a plugin issue, please share credentials inside a secure note so we can check the error.
