Cornerstone plugin opens XAMPP dashboard

Hello.

I have recently changes the location of the website from my themeco account and this has apparently broken cornerstone. It first broke my X license, but i have since updated it from my account with the new location and successfully reactivated the X license. However, ever since then Cornerstone does not work anymore and redirects me to the XAMPP dashboard (weirdly, localhost/dashboard rather than mylocation.com/dashboard).

What i’ve tried unsuccessfully:

• Deactivating and reactivating the Cornerstone plugin from wordpress settings

• Uninstalling and reinstalling Cornerstone

• Putting a custom path from Cornerstone/Settings

Any other ideas?

Thanks for reaching out.
It is not possible to recognize the reason behind your problem here. What I found is that you have added a forward slash in the location. You can check by removing it. If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Andrei,

I have checked your website and found that the permalink setting was the reason behind your problem. Now it is set to %postname%, and the Cornerstone works fine.
