Cornerstone plugin not loading

Hi,
I have an issue with the cornerstone plugin.
I’m trying to create a new page, and when I do select cornerstone button nothing happens, it doesn’t load anything.
I’ve tried some of the requirements I’ve seen on the forum:
-renamed the .htaccess-bak
-deactived all other plugins
-checked the php (running on 7.0.2)
-increased de server allocated memory in the wp-config.php file

any help, please?
