I’ve read a few other threads where people are experiencing same problem. I’ve checked to make sure I have latest versions of X theme and Cornerstone, and I’ve checked for plugin conflicts. Still experiencing the problem. I can’t seem to find solution in the other thread posts so I’m hoping for support. Website is www.ifchc.org

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve checked your site and after opening a handful of pages in Cornerstone I’ve not encountered the issue you’re having. Are you still having this problem? If so, can you try using another browser or fully clearing your browser cache? It’s possible if you updated recently that your browser is holding onto stale assets from the previous version. That’s odd. I just cleared all cache and also tried it in a different browser, and I still get the same problem. Screenshot attached of the wheel that just keeps spinning. I hope you can help me figure this out. Very frustrating.
We are experiencing a very similar problem on our dev site (https://dev01.thewisemarketer.com/), it appears to be affecting more than just the Cornerstone editor itself but the actual home page of the dev site we are working on, took everything to a grinding halt with Error 524 timeout due to “issues with Cornerstone” per the host. Any working solutions on what might be wrong lately?
Everything is completely updated, attempted to revert the post to a previous version - no change.
Attempted to roll back to Pro Version 4.1.5 - no change.
Restored from a previous backup before changes were made to the home page and plugins - no change.
I use Pro with Cornerstone on many sites and none of them are experiencing these kinds of issues, I could really use some help on this one.

Thanks for adding your experience as well. I use Pro and Cornerstone on two sites, and both are experiencing the issue. The page builder / editor won’t load on either site. The loading wheel just keeps spinning. This is now becoming a serious issue for us as we’re losing time on important projects. Very frustrating.

I recall checking that page yesterday, but I just tried again with the page in your screenshot and now I’m seeing the error. I’m seeing this message in the developer console
app.ad0155b.js:1 Uncaught SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
I was working for me yesterday so it would seem that at peak times the server just gives up trying to provide all the assets. That app.js file is over 1MB is size but only a couple hundred KB are getting loaded. I’m going to include a URL in a secure note.
I would advise sending the URL to you host and asking them why when requested from a browser it doesn’t match the same content of the file stored on the server.
@redzephyrdesign I’ve replied to the thread you opened as well and we can take a look at your site too.
I contacted my hosting service and shared the info and URL you provided me in the secure note. The agent increased the PHP INI and cleared server cache and said that she hopefully solve the issue…but it hasn’t. The Cornerstone page builder will still not load on www.ifchc.org. Other suggestions?

I’ve checked and that file is still only loading partially. It looks like the server just gives up delivering it after a certain point. Without the entire file loading, the builder won’t be able to run.
