When I access Cornerstone, all I get is a white screen. If I use any other method to making changes, X does not save them. I have four X theme sites and this is happening to all four. I have tried disabling all plugins and cannot resolve the problem.

Thanks for reaching out. Please go to Tools > Site Health and you’ll see a performance issue: The REST API did not behave correctly . You may need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

It is best that you contact your hosting provider. They should be able to help you correct and check your server configuration.

Okay. I did what you said and had my provider check it out. too. I am still getting this error:
The REST API did not process the context query parameter correctly.
Bluehost says it’s a theme issue.

I just check the site and I can open the Cornerstone and saved edit on the page without issue (see screenshot below).
Can you clarify how do you get the issue?
