Cornerstone not working on some pages

I have a problem with the cornerstone preview not working on the startpage of my site http://globetrotterrodeo.at
i only see the header, the slider and the footer.
sometimes i get this message:

i have tried to:
.) deactivate the plugins and cache of website and browser - no change
.) i have increased the php memory limit to 512 MB - no change
.) i have reset the htaccess file - no change
.) i have searched the support forum for a solution, but could not find one working in my case.

Could you please check, what is the problem in this case?

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for writing in and sorry you’re having that issue, first, please clear and deactivate all your caching plugin to make sure all the testing that you’re doing is taking effect immediately.

I see that you did a couple of tests, but not switching to the parent theme. Would you mind switching to the parent X theme? it seems the issue is coming from the customization you have on your old child theme.

If you could duplicate the site on a staging server please do so, that way your live site will keep untouch while we troubleshoot the issue.

thanks for your reply and your tips.
i have deactivated the child-theme and now in fact it is working properly again!
so what can i do now?
is there any chance to let the child theme work properly with the Parent theme or do i have to deactivated it for ever?

Hi @stemai_76,

Since we’re not sure what’s in your child theme, then I can’t provide further advice. Perhaps you can provide your site’s URL, admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note?

It could be due to custom code that you’ll need to remove.
