Cornerstone not working/loading after update

Hello, I just updated things and now cornerstone doesnt seem to be loading. Please help!

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects the cornerstone.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hi @marc_a thanks for the help however i still cant get it working i’m afraid. Ive done my best to troubleshoot but no luck!

Hi Bryn,

I have checked your site and found that the pages are loading into Cornerstone. Can you please check once by clearing all types of the cache at your end?

@tristup Ive cleared my browser cache and (I. think) the Wordpress cache without luck. all I get is a loading circle for a second or two and then a grey screen when I try to ‘edit in cornerstone’.

@ruenel apologies! Its working! There was just a delay on cornerstone loading but it is loading now. thankyou for the help.
