Cornerstone Not Working in Multisite Main Site

I have a Wordpress multisite setup. I am unable to use Cornerstone as it says that there is an http/https error. The issue with that is that every setting says that we should be using https except for the Cornerstone preview. I have set up a support account for the team to take a look directly. Please see secure note.

Thank you for the very detailed post information.
I have resolved your issue by editing your home url and site url in the Settings > General.

Please check your site now.
