Cornerstone not working after site move

Hey guys

Have an issue I haven’t had before. Had to get something up quick for this organization and had to update to PHP 7 for some forms and such to work. Got site moved and PHP updated and checked scores and the site is super slow. Was trying to optimize some things and fix some JS issues and cornerstone was just giving me the circle. Now it’s just giving me the pulsing Cornerstone logo. I have deactivated all plugins in my effort to figure this out but have no idea what to do next. Still…after all plugins deleted, I am getting the pulsing logo. Any ideas to help edit and improve the site?

An update. I did the cache clear through Pro settings and disabled any caching plugin I had on there. Sometimes it works…sometimes it doesn’t

I re-saved the permalinks settings and then cleared cache. Now Pro Theme is loading fine. Please see screencast.
