Cornerstone Not loading....!

Hi all, I recently updated my X theme and Corner stone plugin and now unable to edit my pages. Cornerstone loads but fails to preview my site stating some HTML tag is missing and preventing the window from loading.

Can you help me fix this ASAP? I have client requested changes that are pressing for 2 of my X Theme Sites.
