Cornerstone not loading with every admin

Hi, my client cannot edit pages in Cornerstone, because cornerstone is not loading on his side. When I work from my office, all works well. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this problem?

Hi There,

Most likely browser compatibility. Did you have a chance to try a different computer on the same office?

Also ask your client to test in a different browser, Cornerstone is compatible with all main browsers but if he is using a n older version of the browser or an installed incopatible could cause it to not work.
