Cornerstone not loading. Stuck on buffer icon

Everytime I try to use cornerstone it gets stuck on the buffer icon loading screen . It never loads. I have tried deleting it. I have tried updating my PHP files to high. eg, max_execution_time set at 300 etc. But nothing is working

There might a different reason behind the issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues on this.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.CSS/JS Customization
3.Disabling Cache
4.Disabling CDN
5.Increasing PHP Memory Limit
6.Permalink

Thanks for sharing the credentials I went ahead and checked your site’s dashboard it seems the page builder is loading fine at mine end. It might be cache issue at your end please clear your browser cache and then check it again.

Can you confirm if Cornerstone is working correctly now on your end? I tried to find the secure note to verify but it seems like you’ve removed it.

Thank you very much! It was a browser issue! I think the flash player was not working properly. Now works fine using a different browser!!
