Cornerstone not loading - spinning wheel

Hi

I have a new install on www.thebusinessvisuals.co.uk I have migrated the site from www.adcfilms.co.uk (which is now redirected to thebusinessvisuals.co.uk also)

I am unable to edit pages through cornerstone due to the pages not loading and the spinning wheel being present. This is continuous.

I have deactivated all plugins accept for cornerstone and it still happens so it isn’t plugin conflict.

WP is up to date, as is the X theme and all plugins

Its bit coonfusing in which site you are having this issue. The problem you are having might be due to the improper update of the X theme and Cornerstone plugin, I would suggest you follow the below steps to troubleshoot.

1. Delete the Cornerstone
2. After deletion please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

After you update it, I would still suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

If that does not help, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
