Cornerstone Not Loading - Please help

Hi, I cannot get cornerstone to load the page for editing.

I have tried deactivating the plugins but still no joy.

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.
It might be due to an improper update of the Pro. I would suggest you deactivate and delete the Pro and reinstall it by downloading it from your Themeco Account once again. If you are not able to do that, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely by reinstalling the Pro without breaking your live site.
And give us the credentials including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
