Cornerstone not loading on all my websites that I've updated recently!

As I’ve already read, that problem is know for a couple of weeks. I visited all websites and it’s the same with all of them, that were updated in January. All the older ones are still functional. I can open the cornerstone editor one single time and after that only a grey/white background appears.

I checked all the Plugins, I checked the PHP settings and everything else I found in the forum. But nothing changes…

I need an urgent solution, as I’m still working on two of them and really need to go forwards.

Or can you at least send me a download link for an older version of the pro theme? So I can keep working while this problem is being solved?

I can access the cornerstone builder on the two websites below.

On the other hand on this website https://babyfottene.ch/, I can’t edit the cornerstone it is just showing a blank page.

This usually is a server conflict with Pro. As you can see, there is a status 510 error in the console. That is not detailed though so please contact your web host to check the error logs and fix the adjust the server settings according to what the error log says. You can also post the error logs in a Secure Note maybe we could point you in the right direction.

I will look into the error message tomorrow, as my web host is closed already. I will give feedback as soon as I know more.

Have tried the other two websites multiple times? I can access once but after that it freezes?

Hi Myra,

I just check with the other pages and some of them have the same error in the console log. Please reach your hosting provider to fix the issue and let us know how it goes.

I just got an answer from my web host.

Something in your latest version triggers their firewall to overreact and ban the user ip from opening the editor. That’s why I can open it once and then it’s blocked. They’re working on it and your editor seems not to be the only one that’s causing this problem.

We found a way to overwrite it temporarily and the editor opens without a problem. They promised me, that they find a solution in the next couple of weeks.
