Cornerstone not loading in Wordpress - gray screen, no errror message

I am unable to access any of my pages through the cornerstone builder. When I click on anything Cornerstone from my WP dashboard, I simply get a solid gray screen. No error message, no loading icon – just a static gray screen. I know of 3 other folks (with different websites using Cornerstone) who are having the same issue. I had no trouble with Cornerstone last week. I have Pro X. I get this issue in both Chrome and Safari. Please advise - thank you!

Hi Katie,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that you are using the older version of Pro i.e. 6.5.2, I would suggest you update it to the latest version i.e. 6.5.13, and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, there might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Thank you. I updated the theme and there is no improvement. I haven’t added any new plugins in ages, and I haven’t added any CSS or customization. I am able to access cornerstone through firefox, but not through safari or chrome, and that is the same case for the other people I know who are having this issue. Something that may be of note: When I logged into WP this morning, I was prompted to updated Wordpress. There was no way around this prompt. I was told “update successful” – but I’m curious is this WP update created an issue?
