Cornerstone not loading...Error Message

Error: The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete.

Please note I was able to use it until a few days ago but haven’t installed any new plugins since then.

Hi @deejay86,

The error above shows that there is a fatal PHP error which stopped rendering of the website and you need to follow the steps below:

  1. Clear cache your browser.
  2. Enable the WordPress debug mode. You might be able to see an error message on the site right away. If not, the error log could reveal where the problem is originating.
  3. If you’re using a child theme, try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations.

And if nothing is helping,

Thanks.

Is there a known fix, I am getting the exact same on all of my sites that run X Theme. Tried all fixes mentioned and still can’t load preview. The front ends of the sites work but cannot load cornerstone. Here is a screenshot of the error. (These are sites and pages that don’t have iframes). error001.png (1219×668) (computroon.co.uk)

Nothing is working; same error message as barrycopper posted.

Sending you the details through the secure note

deejay86 I got mine all fixed tonight. Went in to each site and updated Cornerstone and X theme and all appears to be good now. These updates weren’t showing up yesterday but whatever they have done has sorted things out.

Hmm, interesting! Thanks for letting me know @barrycopper . I thought the theme auto-updates whenever there is a new release. Let me try to update it manually!

Hello @deejay86,

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks
