Dear team,
When I click edit with cornerstone the UI sidebar loads but the main screen remains on the loading sign. X & Cornerstone are on the latest version. Could you please investigate?

I have checked and found that most of the pages used the Classic elements, but the Classic Elements are not enabled from the Cornerstone > Settings> Permissions. I have enabled it, and now the pages are loading. I would suggest you use the V2 elements instead of Classic to avoid such problems.

Thanks for giving it a look. Yes the pages are loading in the browser, but unfortunately not in the Cornerstone editor. See screenshot attached
The sidebar has loaded but not the content… instead the loading bar is continuously moving.

Hi Anton,
I am able to see the page loading in the Cornerstone. It might be cache which is the reason behind your problem, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.
I would also suggest you check the server-level cache and clear it if possible.
