I have several licenses of Pro Theme, but I do Not have Cornerstone. How do I get Cornerstone for my Pro and X licenses?

When you install Pro theme, you do not need Cornerstone because it is already integrated in the Pro theme.
And if you are using X, just go to X > Validation in your dashboard so that cornerstone.zip which is bundled in X theme will be installed automatically. If it will be installed, then you probably have file permission issue. All you have to do is to download the zip file and upload it manually in the plugins section. You can download the zip file in this location: http://example.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/cornerstone.zip. Of course, you will have to replace example.com with your own domain name.
