Please try and add Native Hight to Container or Section to the Builder

If I am able to understand your point, you are expecting an option to add the Height to the Section and Container. The height of both of these depends on the content so you can control the height through the nested column of the section or any content of the container.

If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

The Section element is a container type element and will depend on its content height so it does not have that. Still, I will check and if there is any scope of adding this, will add a feature request for this.
