I have Pro installed, but the cornerstone is not visible in the left menu, nor is cornerstone available at /cornerstone as usual. How to troubleshoot?

To help you with your concerns we need to check your settings, I would request please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password

Thanks for updating in! I have checked your site and the Pro theme is not active. It should be activated so that the Cornerstone builder will be available.

If you are trying to use Cornerstone with your current Kingdom One Child theme, you might need the Cornerstone Standalone plugin, which you can download in Code Canyon.
