Cornerstone misconfigured

the layers of the Cornerstone editor has been misconfigured, can you help me? i can’t see any tool and i can’t work in this way, i don’t know what to do, i try uninstall and install the Cornerstone but every are the same… Please Please!!

Hi @redgreen,

This could be a browser cache issue, I suggest that you clear your cache or use incognito mode when accessing your website. If this doesn’t help, I also suggest that you reinstall your Pro theme, please do as follows.

  • Go to your Theme page and activate another theme ( this will allow you to delete the Pro theme )
  • Delete the Pro theme
  • Then go to themeco dashboard and download a fresh copy of Pro
  • Upload it to your website and activate it
