Cornerstone Menu Disappeared?

I just updated Pro and loaded the new Cornerstone editor. But I am so confused, it looks very different from the previous version I was using and it looks like the menu is hidden by the Wordpress one and I have difficulty navigating. I managed to make some edits and can’t even find a way to save. Also it’s on the right, and I am used to the previous one being moveable all around the screen.

There might be several reasons behind your issues, and it will be very difficult to recognize the exact reason without investigating it through the WordPress admin dashboard. But before that, I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of this helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi Rue, I watched the videos but it doesn’t address the issue I’m having because what I’m struggling with is that all the menu tabs for the editor is missing from my interface. Please see image below where I marked it in red. I’ve been using x theme for years and have never seen this problem.

When I checked your site, this is what I am seeing only:

I am guessing that it is because of your user preference. If you were able to launch the Cornerstone panel, find the "Gear " at the bottom of the page and then disable the “WordPress Toolbar” option.
