Cornerstone Lost Editing Capabilities

Hi,
I feel like cornerstone doesn’t have the same editing capabilities as it used to. For example, when I click a section or column I don’t have the option to upload a background image. I think there used to be other features too that I don’t see. Please advise.

Please make sure to turn on Advanced Mode from X > Settings > Permissions > Advanced Mode. Here’s a screencast. After that inspect the column and under Setup > Background click on Advanced to set background image.
