Cornerstone Logs Out

I have a site, http://www.rudolphsshoemart.com/ built on x theme and until recently everything ran very smooth, today we are trying to make a simple edit to the hours on the contact page and everytime we try to open it in cornerstone it kicks us back to the login page for wordpress and will not allow us to log in, I have gone in the hosting side and renamed all the plugins one by one to see if there was a conflict and finally came down to only having Cornerstone enabled and it still does the same thing, the only way I can log in is through incognito mode, and I have tried safari, chrome and Firefox. Please help.

Upon opening the website http://www.rudolphsshoemart.com/ it’s redirecting to https://www.abuseipdb.com/. Can you please confirm? Please let us know once the issue is resolved to take a closer look.

It does not redirect for me on any of my browsers

I checked the website again and it’s getting redirected to https://www.abuseipdb.com/. I have also recorded a screencast, please take a look in secure note.

Thanks for that video however it does not do that in the United States for any of my browsers or in incognito mode on Chrome It doesn’t do it from my phone, ipad, or surface tablet. I am not able to duplicate YOUR redirect error and that does not help me with the issue that I am having.

Hi @athiele,

Unfortunately, It’s happening on my end too. It looks like related to security and it blocks access from other countries and then do the redirect. I recommend toggle off your security or firewall so we could access it, it’s the only way we could access and check the issue.

Hello @athiele,

Please go to Settings > General and make sure that both the Site URL and the WordPress Address URL are the same and using the same protocol like https://www.example.com/.

If that does not work, please provide us access to your site so that we can investigate.
