Cornerstone loading infinitely - Chrome warning unsecure scripts

Cornerstone won’t load so I can’t edit any pages. I have tried the following:

  1. enabling WP-Config DEBUG
  2. changing PHP version, changing PHP settings
  3. disabling CloudFlare
  4. increasing PHP memory
  5. disabling all plugins
  6. reinstalling the theme and cornerstone plugin

When I try loading Cornerstone I receive a Chrome error that says “This page is trying to load unsecure scripts.” Allowing it does not fix anything.

Please help. Thanks. I have uploaded login credentials in a secure note.

Thanks for writing in! Did you install your SSL certificate and configure your WordPress URL in the middle of your site development process?

Could you please try removing and re-attaching background images and see if that resolves your issue. If not, try installing a plugin like this (https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-https-littlebizzy/).

Hi - that resolves the SSL error but does not fix the infinitely loading screen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi There,

Your site is still requesting the cornerstone-endpoint on a non secure protocol (http)

I read above that you disable CF, please login to your CF panel and purge everything.

I tried a few of your pages and cornerstone seems to work fine on my end.

Try to clear your browser cache and check again.
