Cornerstone license not valid with purchase of X

I want to use cornerstone independent from X. I use X for all my sites, but this 1 site needs to be built with a different theme.

I understand there is a whole separate purchase for cornerstone alone, but it seems like the sale was for X + Cornerstone.

“Each purchase of X includes a license of Cornerstone, the most advanced and intuitive 100% frontend page builder on the market today.”

Though I don’t remember seeing that using X is required to be able to use cornerstone without a validation prompt present at all times.

Without having to spend yet another $40 for a cornerstone license, how can I just use cornerstone alone?

Bundled Cornerstone that comes with X Theme does not require validation. You only need to validate X Theme. If you want to only use Cornerstone, in that case you will have to purchase a separate licence of Cornerstone from Codecanyon.
