Cornerstone js - 67% not used!

I tested cornerstone js using code coverage from google devtools. 67% of the js code is not used. I know for a fact cornerstone js is affecting the performance in mobile devices.

I would like you to address this and reduce code when it is not used rather than applying all code even if it is not used.

Please let me know what can be done, see secure note.
