Hi There,

This definitely should not be happening and it is not a known issue.

Do you have any cache plugins? If yes, please your cache plugin and try it again.

If the issue persists, please provide your wp-admin credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Thank you

The cache plugin is not active.

How should i provide you with the credentials?

Hey @esafe,

Regretfully we do not do Teamviewer. It is better if you give us the url of your site and also the access so that we can take a closer look.

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

By the way, are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thank you.

The W3 Total Cache is installed but has not been activated.

Thank you for providing the login information.

Upon checking your website I found out this error:

https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

And also contact your hosting service provider to check their error log to know exactly what was the error to follow up.

The points that I encountered in cases like this are:

The point above is the common problems but that might not be the case for your environment. Checking the error log will give the correct view.

Thank you.

I turned on the debug and might this be the reason?

Thank you, the issue was caused because of memory assigned to PHP.

Glad to hear you got it worked out! Thanks for letting us know.
