Hi there. I’ve updated the X theme, i’ve updated cornerstone. I can access the cornerstone page that lists all the available pages, but when I click “edit” on the page I want to edit, all I get is a pulsing cornerstone logo.
I’ve deactivated many plugins, including the cache plugins that were mentioned in other support forums, but still no joy.
Prior to this I had failure messages mentioning aggressive caching issues, but now I don’t even get that!
Can anyone help with this?

Thanks for writing in.
I believe that there is a plugin that causing this problem. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Don’t forge to clear site and browser cache before checking again.
