Cornerstone isn't showing

Hello i have bought Theme X today , but after installing i didn’t find ‘edit with cornerstone’ .I tried to deactivate all of the plugins , still the problem is the same .
I am working on Localhost (Wamp).
Please help me

Thanks for writing in!

“Edit with cornerstone” or the Cornerstone tab can be found in your Post/Page editing screen.

And if you are viewing the page, you can no longer be seeing “Edit in Cornerstone” link. You will see X > Edit Page instead.
