Cornerstone is not working - stays on splash screen

Hello,

It is strange but all of a sudden Cornerstone editor is not working. When I try to edit a page, the page tries to load indefinitely. I am using WP Engine and Cloudflare. WP Engine has removed any caching related to Cornerstone, and I have a page rule on Cloudflare in regards to Cornerstone. I have deactivated all third-party plugins and Cornerstone still is not working. I am not sure what to do here. Please help.

The same thing has happened with our website www.v1aviation.co.uk!

And sorry to hear you’re having this issue. But, we could only provide some recommendation after checking it. And since you already do the Cache and CloudFlare changes, then what’s left is for u is to check it. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and Admin login credentials in a secure note? Providing the CloudFlare credentials will help too since we’ll have to purge it while testing.

@V1Aviation, looks like it’s due to caching. Please start a new thread and link this thread there, then please provide your login credentials in a secure note.
