Cornerstone is not validated - license issues

I receive an empty error when I update my license. (Themeco license)

Message : Uh, Oh we couldn’t check if this license was valid.
Going to detail : this is empty.

how we can solve this.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Hi Stijn,

I have checked and found that you are using the older version of Cornerstone i.e. 5.3.3. I would suggest you update it to the latest version, 7.3.7, and try the validation after that.

I have now the latest version. But still not the design than normal.

We had theme X but don’t find it.
ANd still have these errors :

I have checked and found that the Cornerstone is now validated. I also checked your Themeco Account but didn’t find any X licenses listed. The deprecated messages are not related to the Theme, and you can suppress those by adding the following code in the wp-config.php.

define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
