Cornerstone is no longer loading and only displays a solid gray screen.

Browser console consistently shows:

Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'data')

app.react18.7.9.2.js?ver=7.9.2:149

We have already tested:

  • Chrome and Safari — same issue
  • LiteSpeed Cache disabled — same issue
  • WPML and MalCare disabled for conflict testing — same issue
  • PHP 8.4 and PHP 8.3 — same issue
  • PHP memory limit: 512M
  • PHP time limit: 300
  • PHP max input variables: 10,000
  • PHP post/upload limit: 100M

Cornerstone version appears to be 7.9.2.

Could you please investigate what is causing Cornerstone to fail during initialization? The problem began approximately one week ago.

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your website, and it appears that the issue may be related to caching. I purged all the cache from the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and temporarily deactivated it. The page builder is now working correctly. Please clear your browser cache and check it again. I tested it in Google Chrome version 151.0.7922.170.
