I get 77 score on google page insights (mobile) when I disable cornerstone but when I enable the plugin my google page insights score drops to 44 (mobile).

My webhosting (godaddy) already provides caching. CDN is enabled in my website. I already optimized my images using ShortPixel Image Optimizer. I also tested my plugins but disabling all of them and enabling one by one so that I know which plugin cause my website to be slow and I find out whenever I activate cornerstone my website pageSpeed Insights score drops from around 77 to 44 on mobile.

The page speed issues are mostly related to the content,image, scripts used in your site and not related to the theme. Still, I would suggest you take any empty page to check the result and add the content to the same page 1 by 1 and check the result again to understand what exactly causes your issue.
