I have transferred a client website to my staging server to work but after the transfer cornerstone is just loading and loading.

I was able to replicate the issue on your staging area but I believe that the Pro theme files in your website is corrupted. The reason why I say it’s corrupted because when I tried to delete the Pro theme and upload a fresh copy, it is now loading the page builder correctly.

One old issue that I thought would be gone but not working :
I have created a custom shop page with layout builder but weirdly the category page is working but not the shop page . “Not working” means nothing showing at the front .
I have done these things listed bellow and All the plugins are deactivated. Nothing is there and as you installed a fresh copy of pro.

In order to list the product on the shop page please make sure you set “Show Products” on the WooCommerce customizer settings. Go to your WordPress Dashboard—>Appreance —>Customize —>WooCommerce—>Product Catalog—>Shop Page display—>Show Products.
