This is the error:

The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

Hi,

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

All the best!

Thank you for your response. I entered the info in the secure not section

Hi there,

I did a complete check of the website and this seems to be a problem only happening in the Homepage so I think that page is corrupt. There is another mode in Cornerstone which does not show the preview and it only shows the structure with elements called Skeleton Mode:

I see no elements in the Skeleton mode and it uses the old classic sections that might be the problem cause. I suggest that you recreate the homepage by adding a new one and working from scratch and see the result. But this time as you use the latest version it will be added wiith the new sections.

Thank you.

Thank you! will do that.

You’re welcome!

Sorry! One more thing, I used the “Classic The Grid” element and it shows up in the cornerstone preview, but not in the browser. see attachments.

Hi,

I would like to check but the login provided no longer works.

Do you mind activating it again so we can take a closer look.

Thanks

Hi there,

Would you please kindly open up a separate thread for this and we will do our best to follow up the case. At the moment you can go to the grid listing and copy the shortcode of the grid in question:

Use the Classic Raw Element to add the shortcode instead of The Grid element and it will work.

For follow up question kindly open up a new thread.

Thank you.
