Cornerstone is blank on Production site, no issues on Staging site

Hello,
It looks like there was a recent update to Cornerstone which is functioning and displaying perfectly find on our staging site, but not on production (live). The Cornerstone interface is blank. Both staging and prod are using the pro theme. I have synced the site through WPMerge, cleared cache multiple times and tried alternative browsers. Please help!

In order to help you with your concerns we need to check your settings I would request you, please share the admin login details meanwhile I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin-level username and password

There seem to be some files that were corrupted on your site. The issue was resolved after I reinstalled your Pro theme. You can check your site now.

Hi. It looks like the same thing is happening on our other site. Would you be able to see if the files are corrupt on the other site? Also, any idea why this happened or is happening? Thanks!

Hi Melinda,

It will very difficult to recognize the corrupted files. I would suggest you reinstall the Pro, as that resolves the issue.
