Cornerstone invalid - X-Theme valide

[Evenylaara]

Hi dears, i want to work with cornerstone on my website wellvary.de and i bought a new licence for this Page. I validate the X-Theme in Wordpress as usual, so when i try to open a page with Cornerstone this does not work. So i click into the Plugin Cornerstone / Dashboard and see the message, that Cornerstone only work with a validated X-Theme. Then i click on the Link to validate the X-Theme and then there is the message that X-Theme is ready to use and validate.

So, what can i do now?
I use Wordpress 4.9.1

Cornerstone Version 2.1.7

Best regards, Anja

Hey Anja,

Try uninstalling Cornerstone then go to X > Overview and Cornerstone will be automatically reinstalled for you. If that does not help, please give us access to your WordPress admin in a Secure Note.

Thanks.

Dear Christian, i send you the Wordpress admin acess because even if i delete conerstone manuell on my server and at wordpress it says (after the reinstalling) that the code have to be validated.

Thanks!

Best regards,
Anja

Hi there,

Basically you don’t have to validate Cornerstone and you only need to validate X theme. Upon checking I see that you’re not using the latest version of X theme. Please download the latest version from your Envato account and update your X theme and see if that resolves your issue.

Thanks!
