Cornerstone Internal Server Error 500

Hello dear,
After the enabling theme X your plugin Cornerstone giving Internal server 500 error.

I was enable debug also you can find details in the attachment.

Thanks for asking and I am really sorry for the trouble you are facing. I checked the website and can confirm the error message as shown in screenshot. http://www.crypto-gold.info/

Using FTP softwares like Filezilla, I request you to please delete the Cornerstone folder under /wp-content/plugins/ folder. Upon deleting Cornerstone you should be able to login to the backend and front end should work fine. Then open wp-admin section and make sure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list.

Next, go to X > Overview to automatically install Cornerstone (you don’t have to do any thing, just visit Overview page). Please check again if the issue persists.

Dear Prasant,

I was removed cornerstone folder from plugins folder and X > Overview to automatically installed again Cornerstone but result are same. After the installing Cornerstone byself it always gonna Internal server 500 error code.

Also I already to do
1- disable all of other plugins
2- just left over there cornerstone plugin result are same.
3- wp reset and install X theme again

All of results are same. Internal Server 500 error.

There seems to be some issue with the setup. I tried visiting Validation page of X Theme and Cornerstone is not downloading automatically. I don’t see an entry for Cornerstone under Plugins > Installed Plugins.

I also tried manually installing the Cornerstone but I am getting 413 Request Entity Too Large error message. As of now I suggest you to revoke Validation from X > Validation > Revoke Validation after that try validating again and see if Cornerstone get’s installed.

In case problem is still there, please try installing Cornerstone manually by uploading files under /wp-content/plugins/. You can get Cornerstone zip file under /framework/plugins/.

So automatic installing Cornerstone becomes with issues and after the installation you can’t see dashboard cause that error:Internal Erorr 500

Whatever, problem on your Cornerstone plugin. Manual or automatic installation doesnt matter.

Upon loading your login URL, I get an https error. We need the https setup issue fixed first as the issue might be related to this. After that, give us FTP access and we’ll continue troubleshooting.

I’m already fix SSL error, you just should use the url without https.

Hey There,

I could see that you’re using the PHP 7.0.x version.

Could you please temparorily switch to PHP 5.6 to see the Cornerstone will work or not?

Do you still need change PHP 7.0.30 to PHP 5.6.36?

Right now it changed to 5.6.36 but giving fatal error…

Hey @daloglu,

This probably has something to do with one or all of your wp-config additions.

I commented those out and it broke your site. I’d recommend you start from a fresh standard install and see if the issue will persist.

I will try to fresh install but, I have 5 more wordpress blog which are working same settings. Because its Plesk control panel addon WP-CLI and others.
