Cornerstone Installation Fatal Error

I’ve read through the forums and I’ve contacted GoDaddy (my hosting provider) and I did a fresh Wordpress install, upgraded my pHp, deleted Cornerstone from wp-content/plugins and did fresh install but I’m still getting the following error message when trying to activate the theme. Can you help?

Fatal error : Call to undefined method ReflectionParameter::hasType() in /home/r1qfcmhtgyay/public_html/testontheline/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/Util/IocContainer.php on line 40

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked in your WordPress Admin Dashboard and found that the PHP version of your website is still 5.6.40, I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service provider on this.
